Essay question: Should the activities of banks such as HSBC be regulated to avoid another global recession?

 

It is a six page essay and my point is that the activeites of bank should be regulated to avoid another global recession. 

 

I need a two page analysis and a argument which shows the point: If activiteies of bank is not regulated, there will be a global recession.
