Gifted education

Hello, here are two questions about giftedness. the questions must be answered carefully. they due at 9 pm NewYork time.

1- why is gifted education important? list at least four reasons. and explain each reason in tow or three sentence.
2 student was gifted in second grade. in middle school start to fall and get underachievement. MAKE a case study for the student, find out why he get underachievement? what should we do to get the student back to his level?  write recommendations for this case.
