genogram and hereditary diseases

Write a brief (2 page, typed, double-spaced) summary about your genogram. 
Summarize any possible hereditary disease you can identify from your genogram that you may acquire. You do not have to use names in this summary. You can use terms such as aunt or uncle, brother or sister, grandma or grandpa. 
List different ways that you could prevent possible hereditary diseases. 
Based on your findings from the genogram, identify at least one health behavior, such as diet, exercise, tobacco use, and so forth that you would like to modify.
