However, EMSAs are not the only way to study binding of proteins to DNA. As a group, do a little digging around, and describe an alternative approach to investigate DNA binding by proteins. Then, compare the advantages and disadvantages of your method of choice and EMSA. This doesn't have to refer to the proteins discussed in this paper anymore - it should be a general discussion of an alternative approach, and your thoughts about the advantages (power) and disadvantages (limitations) of each other.
