The Week 4 Forum meets the following course objective:

• Evaluate how gender impacts the workplace in the United States.

For this discussion board, you are to respond to one of the following questions. Provide two references to the course materials in your response and respond to two other students.

1.  Explain the gender pay gap. What accounts for the difference in earnings between men and women? How has the gap changed over time? How can we close the gender pay gap? Provide specific examples. Reference the course materials and respond to two other posts.
