[1] Hello xxxxxxxx, I do agree with your views that "Every team member should take part in the communication and discussion sessions as a testament of their commitment to the team as well as the activities of the team."  Leading a virtual team is now a necessity as organizations implement strategies to penetrate every corner of our globe.  To manage a successful virtual team, the leader must ensure that members of the group are motivated, understanding to the needs of others, and be effective in how they communicate their thoughts and ideas.  Additionally, to compete in a competitive marketplace, workers today are required to be in touch with teammates on distant continents at any time.  Here are two questions I would like an answer to: what were some of the challenges you were faced with when you are working with a group of 12?  Second, what strategy can you used to overcome group challenges?
