Food and culture nutrition online class modules.

I have an online course about food and culture and nutrion. I need ur help with an assignment due tomorrow Sunday. Its an online class that has a 2 module posted on it. each module has a discussion that need to be replied to students and answer them because its graded. There's also a  quiz at the end of the module with some reading and I think a writing assignment. Its not hard at all but its takes some time for me now to do because I have other things that I need to work on today. the class is about food and nutrition and culture.  Am from Saudi Arabia so it is also related about where am from. So all answers and journal enteries and food related whatever should be middle eastern Hint: Saudi Arabia if when asked in the module!!
