Flint water Crisis

While assuming the role of a mitigation consultant you will add your research in collaborative fashion to your group.  The group will then produce the rough draft of the Variant After Action Review.  It will answer at minimum:

• The events leading up to the Action.
• What happened.
• What was the problem.
• What went well and why.
• Who is responsible.
• What can be improved.
• What can be done in the future to prevent the Action from happening again or lessening the impact.
• 4page content with 4-5 minmum references, intext citations, no plagarism.
• no diagrams or tables
• APA 6.0 format
