Fix this microsoft access submission 2

Need help editing this assignment. I have attached the file that needs to be editted. I've also attached screenshots of the assignment page with the instructions given to me. Just needs minor fixes as listed below:

You are to make 4 action queries in this order:

Make Table (make west coast with CA,OR,WA)

Append (add NV to west coast)

Delete (remove the CA,OR,NV,WA from original table)

then manually add the Tax column/field to west coast

now make the update query to fill in the .085 using the update row to specify the info, and use the criteria to specify which records get the info
