Fix implemantation of AVL Tree

Debug and make sure it balances every imbalance case that may happen

- Implement delete method

- Correct rotation code , currently has issues

- Please do not borrow code or make it too similar to implementations of my 

- Also , im a coder and the reason im posting this is lack of time , so please complete on time ,and check that is correct and a reasonably efficient implementation
