Fiscal Federalism

In your essay explain the term “Fiscal Federalism.” In addition discuss Grants-in-Aid. Federal grants come in a several different ways so distinguish the difference types. Finally, give your opinion on how you see the federal government (financially speaking) inter-related with state and local levels of government.
