First time in the usa

SO first i need a 2 pages outline , second i need one page or more about introduction and thesis statement and it should be clear, Third when you looking in my essay the moment was clear but the thesis statement not that much so ineed the instructor when she read my essay i need her to find the thesis statement ... about the introduction it was like too long if you can make it clear and good that would be awesome but at the end the pages of the essay should not be less then 4pages.
