Refer to your reading for this unit in the Coyle text for this assignment. Read the "Fireside Tire Organization (FTC) Case Study," on pages 547–548 in your text. In a 2–4 page paper, answer the three case questions.

As you answer the questions, relate the FTC story to any similar experiences you have had in an organization. (You may choose any organization about which you have sufficient knowledge to compare, including the organization with which you are currently employed, a former employer, or the organization you have chosen to study for your project.)

To help you get started on the Case Assignment for this week I am providing the following;

1. Use Rate/CWT-mile of $7.

2. Follow the example (Table 12-2, pg 535) to complete this assignment.

3. Complete only Case Question #1. 

4. Please explain your result using Excel, and don't forget to attach the copy.

"You need to calculate the Grid Coordinates as indicated in Table 12-2 to demonstrate that the optimal location is ??????, if that is what the numbers approximate. 



If you go to Table 12.2, your template should look like that with the "Grid Center" as your final calculation.
