Find the solution of the exponential equation:
4^8x = 16^x+8
I have tried starting by using exponent laws and breaking the equation down into:
4^8x= 16^x * 16^8
...but now I'm stuck. I've been looking at this problem so long and tried multiple angles and I feel like I'm over thinking it. Is this on the right track? What would my next step be?
