FINC Investments - Investment Policy Statement

Please see attached.  This is the beginning of the project.  Each week, I will be attaching more documents labeling "Week 2, Week 3, etc", until we reach to the final Week 8 in completing the project.  Please review all documents and let me know if you have any questions.  

Week 1 - I'll need the investment policy statement by 5PM SUN 3/20 Eastern time.

Please note, new payments would be made each week upon adding new assignments for the week (to add on to the portfolio project)
