Financial management short summary

Instruction:

Summarize in no more than four well-constructed paragraphs what the message is that the CEO is trying to communicate to the shareholders through the letter.  If you want to base your library project 1 on your comprehensive project company letter to the shareholders (2014 or 2015), you may do that.    What does the CEO say about the financial performance of the company and the strategic goals of the company.  Does the letter include reference to any particular financial metric that is important to the management team?  What are they?
