The Financial Costs of Cyber Terrorism to the U.S. Economy 15 pg paper double spaced

I am an International Studies Graduate student and I need a paper for my Global Political Economy class.

I need a 15 page paper written on the financial costs of cyber terrorism to the U.S economy.

The paper needs to focus on the financial and economic costs to the U.S. economy and assess 4-5 categories of costs as follows: direct costs, indirect costs, costs to government/national security, costs to corporate firms(how much money firms have to spend towards protection from cyber attacks), and the financial disruptions caused.

The paper will be graded on 1). a clear thesis,; 2). its application of IPE theories; 3).a thoroughness in review of relevant literature; 4). the paper's empirics; 5). the organization, composition and clarity of the paper's thesis and argument.
