I have sent the document and you already looked at it. This is basically an E-R diagram based on the to-be process explained in the document. I have three processes.
1- order fulfillment process. 
2- IT purchasing process.
3- Manufacturing process.

I have done already these processes. 

I want you to identify all data (documents, actors, and entities) underlying the ‘to-be’ processes, including relationships, cardinalities, and keys), then do an E-R diagram.
