Consider your own healthcare organization or a healthcare organization in your community. Select a particular system within that organization, such as emergency room visits, obstetrical deliveries, outpatient surgeries, occupational health physicals, etc. Applying the capacity analysis model, how would you go about estimating the production capability of that specific system? Are there any unique aspects of the system you selected that come into play impacting the capacity analysis?
