Finance Assignment - Financial Analysis

I have a completed excel spreadsheet, but I need help with the actual financial analysis section. Do you have people that can perform some financial analysis based on the numbers in a spreadsheet? The analysis should be well thought, consisting of at least a paragraph for each question. So this requires knowledge of finance as well as the ability to write. There is a company (Tesca Works) and the CEO has asked an analyst to give recommendations between two options of compressor's MC-004 and TS-L12 based on the calculations provided in the attached spreadsheet.
The questions that need to be answered based on the given data in the excel spreadsheet are:
1. What is the project’s cost of equity? What is the appropriate discount factor to use for evaluating the refrigerator project?
2. Use the appropriate capital budgeting techniques to evaluate the project
3. Use the average demand scenario to evaluate the sensitivity of the project’s Net Present Value (NPV) with respect to sale price of the refrigerator and the cost of the compressor.
