Final Project: Topic How race and ethnicity is portrayed in the music industry?

Final Research Project & Presentation

Students will research a topic related to course content and present the information to the class via the Discussion Board.  The purpose of this project is to connect and apply course content to an area of interest.  Students will select a topic and analyze its impact on children, society, issues of diversity, or stereotype formation. These should be fun and creative.  Topics will be posted on the Discussion Board for instructor approval.  Students can change their topics but must repost on the Discussion Board.  Each student must select a different topic.  Additional guidelines can be found under Course Materials.  (25% of final grade)

When using outside sources, work must be cited correctly. This means, source information must be included within the text not simply at the end of the document.
