film proposal/research paper

so it's a film proposal/research paper for an introduction to american politics class and i only want two pages done for tomorrow because it's the first draft due. it is basically a group project and my part is to talk how to improve parole and probation. how to better them. there’s a lot of things wrong - the policies/laws. if a person is incarcerated and they go on parole and they jaywalk they are sent back to jail (bad). point out the policies and laws that are bad related to probation. these laws are too critical and forcing them back into prison.

refrences are needed as well at least 3
