What might prevent organizations from evaluating their staffing systems, and what can be done to remove these barriers?

Identify and discuss the different types of turnover.  Explain the impact each has on managing the workforce.  What downsizing target methods do you feel are the most effective?  Which are the least effective? Why?

Both questions need to have atleast 200 words minimuim and in APA format I also need them back no later than 20:00hrs which is two hours exactly.
