Explore the Role of Labor Unions

In this activity, you will write a paper in which you will explore the role of labor unions in resolving labor and employment disputes. Be sure to address this subject comprehensively from its early beginnings to the present day. Compare and contrast dispute resolution in companies with unions and those without unions.
