Look in the news (recent if possible) and find a company or organization in crisis. 

Write a 2-page memo (use business memo format--be sure to include and introduction, a conclusion, and headings for each section) to Dr. Clark based on one of the following options:

OPTION 1) If the crisis has run through all seven dimensions (according to Lukaszewski's model) write a memo in which you analyze how the company/organization responded to the situation. Was it well handled (again, according to Lukaszewski)? If not, how would you have advised them to handle it differently?

OPTION 2) If it's a brand new crisis, describe how you would advise the company/organization to handle it (based on Lukaszewski's model).

NOTE: Whichever option you choose, be sure to cover ALL SEVEN crisis dimensions.
