"Expatriate Performance"

Use the Internet to locate suggested components of a performance appraisal that can be used to evaluate an expatriate’s performance working outside of their home country.

Select two (2) major criteria that you would use to appraise the performance of an expatriate. Determine whether an expatriate’s performance requirements should or should not match those of others within an organization and if management should rate the expatriate differently based on a focus of international growth for the company.
