a.)    Watch main video from Ex Video links

b.)    Take notes and assemble a rough draft of the stakeholders involved, and some of the communications information they would have needed on this project. Also, note the likely frequency that they would need this information (weather, commodity prices, regulatory information, budget information, etc.)

c.)     Draft a communications matrix using the Communications matrix attachment, or a matrix of your choosing. Feel free to add in additional columns of information that you feel the communications matrix would need. Use the internet for any relevant examples to model.
