3.) Your latest project is having problems. Your team of 10 people has been cut due to your budget overruns. You lost 4 people. How many communication channels remain?

4.) You are given a new project from your sponsor and you start to assemble your team. You acquire 5 people from your current department, a financial analyst from the Controller, and a Business Analyst from Operations. You also get 3 SME's from IT and your team is complete. How many communication channels do you have at this point?
