Students will write a paper and develop a presentation that includes 11 areas, which the team will divide to develop the plan. The final grade for the paper and presentation will be graded as an individual grade. My area of focus is: executive summary,ownership/management structure.
Executive Summary: Abstract-Mission Statement, Objectives, Description of products or services, Marketing plan and financial budget.
Managment Sturcture: Who will enact plan, Organzational Chart, Communication flowchart, Employee policies.
