1-    Research the Trump ban on immigration and summarize it.  The legal questions are

a.      Is the ban is justified or not?

b.     Is the ban targeting Muslims?

2-    Analyze the structure and jurisdiction of the International Court of Justice.  The keys questions are:

a.     Who can sue?  States or Individuals?

b.     What are the reasons a complaint can be filed?  Violations of treaties, violations of international law, violations of international criminal law?

c.     Are the US and the countries affected by the ban members?

3-    Analyze the structure and jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court.  The keys questions are:

a.     Who can sue?  States or Individuals?

b.     What are the reasons a complaint can be filed?  Violations of treaties, violations of international law, violations of international criminal law?

c.     Are the US and the countries affected by the ban members?

4-    Come up with a strategy as to why you can file against the US in either Court.  Or come up with an argument as to why it is not possible to file against the US.  In making this decision you should consider:

a.     Did the US violated any International Law;

b.     If so, which one?
