You have successfully developed a new financial accounting system in your organization. You have completed the development of the user documentation and training plan. As part of your training plan, you want to include evaluation of the training. Discuss how you would go about creating an evaluation strategy and what items you would evaluate. What format would you use to collect the evaluation and how would you use the data collected?

An evaluation strategy assesses the overall picture of a training process.  Feedback is critical in deciding what methods to take to make improvements on future dealings.  Evaluating a training session can be done through questionnaire, by asking each individual their thoughts and opinions on how well the training went.
