Evaluation

How can the evaluator track teacher candidates after they graduated? and what challenges the evaluator may face? It is mean how can we evaluate the graduate students performance after they graduated and what the challenges face to collect information about their performance?

The suggestions: 1-implement students portfolios and gather the data to have result. 2- implement student’s grades and reports of their performance in their field experience. E-mail survey to them if the contact information is available.
