Evaluate Leadership Qualities and Effectiveness

Select a for-profit firm or not-for-profit organization in the Phoenix Arizona metropolitan area that has successfully implemented a new strategy, changed its culture or executed a management change. Explain the situation as it existed before the change, the process to initiate and solidify the change, the organizational culture, and evaluate if the individual/s who led the change exhibited charismatic or transformational leadership qualities and why the change was a success. Support your evaluation with at least five of the resources from peer-reviewed journal articles that are less than five years old.

Support your paper with minimum of three (3) resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
