Ethics in Your Agency or Organization

For this Discussion topic, you are first asked to identify three (3) peer-reviewed academic journal articles from the internet that analyze and evaluate how organizations and public agencies address the issue of ethics.

Second, you are to evaluate your selected organization or public agency in order to analyze how it addresses ethical issues. For instance, does the organization utilize codes of ethics, trainings, or Seminars on ethics, or other means to assure that ethical standards are upheld within the organization?

Lastly, you are asked to analyze the role that organizational leadership plays in assuring that values and ethics play a role in what they do.
