  • Explain the role of ethics and social responsibility in developing a strategic plan while considering stakeholder needs and agendas.
  • Use the Enron Scandal and explain how the CEO and other senior managers/VPs overstepded  ethical boundaries in hiding debt to inflate corporate assets and keep stock prices high for stakeholder agendas, and discuss what types of preventative measures could be taken to avoid this type of situation.
  • Paper must be in APA 300/400 format have and an introduction paragraph with a theses statement, a conclusion paragraph, reference page and all references or quotes must be properly cited in the paper "do not" use wikipedia as a reference
