Ethical Diversity Laws

here are thousands upon thousands of laws, regulations and guidelines that are utilized to run The United States of America functionally each and every day. It is your job to find three of these laws and analyze the ethical nature of each.

The laws you find can be federal, state or county but they must intertwine in some way, shape or form into Business. A prime example to get you started is a common regulatory agency, which sets standards for businesses, the Small Business Administration (SBA). Once you have located three laws, consider the ethical intentions of each law. How will each respective law attribute to the ethical conduct of the business spectrum? Subsequently, did you find a law that condones ethical behavior? Please explain.

Please utilize two paragraphs (a paragraph is 5-7 sentences), for each respective law. The first paragraph will give an overview of the law, in your own words while citing a reference to it without copying and pasting the law or guideline into your submission. The second paragraph will consist of your analysis. This formula will be subsequently used for each of the other two following laws identified. APA format is required.
