The topic chosen must relate to a topic discussed in the assigned reading material, but also take a holistic view in that you should integrate knowledge of the concepts that you learned throughout the course. Research relevant to the aviation and aerospace industry is encouraged. Your paper must meet format guidelines contained in the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (APA).
