essay based on self-evaluation

this homework is an essay of 3 pages. 

i will be giving you 3 paper to read fisrt before you start wrting.

first paper has 15 multiple-choise questions on "How good your motivations skills" 

each question has score of maximum 5 points an minimum 1 point. 

you will answer all the 15 questions then you will count how many scores you got. 

Second paper has the socre interpratation. You need to read that. 

Last paper has 5 questions needed to be answered in the essay.
