Provide a 2- 3 page essay regarding someone you have worked for who you consider a great leader or a bad leader. 

1. Include characteristics and examples that support your view of this individual’s leadership skills or lack of. 
2. What type of leadership style does this individual use:  1) directive; 2) supportive; 3) participative; or 4) achievement-oriented. 
3. Do you feel this individual could be defined as a charismatic leader or a transformational leader?
4. What well-known leader would you compare the individual to (ex: Ronald Reagan or Hitler)?
5. How did the individual motivate or not motivate you?
