Understanding Key Concepts

This week has provided an introduction into many of the key concepts surrounding environmental ethics. Utilizing the information gained through your readings and outside research, discuss the following five concepts: anthropocentrism, ecocentrism, zoocentrism, biocentrism, and environmental justice. For each of these concepts you are to provide the following information:

a.   Define the concept and detail how it relates to environmental ethics using scholarly sources to back your statements.

b.      Provide an example of each concept that illustrates knowledge of the concept.

Your assignment must be one to two double-spaced pages in length (excluding the title and reference page) and be formatted according to APA (6th ed.) style as outlined in the Ashford Writing Center. You must use at least two scholarly resources as well as your text to provide sufficient detail of the topics listed above.
