Explain and interpret the following statement by the textbook author: “…plans are….inaccurate predictions used to document or debate about what we want to happen” (Dimon, 2013, p. 95). Does this mean that plans are not effective, or even that they are counterproductive? In your response, explain how plans can be/should be effectively conceived and implemented?
