English paper-Writing about writing

My topic is letter writing. I plan to discuss why people stop writing letter, instead of using email as my research question. The reason for this is because I am wondering how these things happened and if letter writing will completely been taking place by emailing.  My intended audience for this question will be people who use email instead of writing letter and those people who still writing letters.

also you must follow the rubric below, especially rhetorical analysis and discussion of the impact and implications of writing, it worth lots of points of the projet.
