English paper due...

This is part two of a paper I have already done (Assignemnt 3). It needs to be 3-4 pages long and added to part one thats done to be a combined total of 6-8 pages.  I have included the original paper and the assignment instructions.  Also, if you see anything in the first paper that needs to be corrected(i.e. i need to give a little more history of the issue)  please do so. I have also included the rubic from assignment 3 to show the feedback from that assignment.
