Organizational behavior is a subject that disseminates knowledge regarding people’s character in organizational niches, the edge between the character and the firm, and the firm specifically. Organizational behavior focuses on the evaluation of people in firms, groups along how the firms conduct their affairs. Organizational behavior highlights how people, sets, and arrangements impact on people’s character within corporate settings. Additionally, organizational behavior entails different disciplines including management, communication among others.  Organizational behavior synergistically works with the organizational concept to ensure that people approach the business platform with a better understanding (Miner, 2015). 

My primary personal goals as I undertake this organizational behavior course include establishing proper comprehension of the basic ideas that impact people’s character in firms. I would also like to exhibit how the acquired knowledge impacts worker’s motivation and their employer’s sense of responsibility while acquiring the potential to analytically contemplate the character of different people within the organization. At the end of the course I would like to be ethically competent with a clear knowledge on how to integrate the acquired knowhow to daily life occurrences. Another goal includes acquiring all the relevant skills that make a great leader and manager including proper communication through different mediums. It is my wish that at the end of the course I will be a better person with regard to management following the skills and knowledge I will have acquired (Entwistle & Ramsden, 2015). 

To achieve my goals commitment, discipline and corporation with my instructors will be very essential. Active participation in all the laid course strategies and timely handling of all assignments while enquiring more on the topics that might not be clear will also help me to achieve my goals. Proper research on the subject and utilization of all the available resources including books and library will also help me in understanding the subject (Entwistle & Ramsden, 2015). To conclude, organizational behavior is a very crucial subject for every manager and all efforts must be made to ensure that students properly understand the same.
