english oral speaking

i want  to improve my oral skills in english  , so i want somebody to speak to me 3 times a week each time 1 hour and correct me my mistakes while i am speaking  , i prefer to use skype , and also i prefer american accent , i will pay 15$ per hour and i need 3 classes per week so the toltal for monthly payment will be 180$
