Create a brochure that can be given to families that includes at least three outside community resources and at least one school district that provides one or more of the following related services for children with disabilities (find enough services so that all four areas are included in the brochure):

  1. Counseling
  2. Occupational therapy
  3. Physical therapy
  4. Speech therapy

If applicable, use resources outlined in your completed “Community Resources” assignment.
