In this class Wiki you will each post a mini research project on a single food that you think is healthy.

Identify your food, explain where it came from (for example, where it is grown in the case of raw ingredients, where it has traditionally been eaten, who manufactures it), and explain whether the food has been considered healthy or why not. Who claims that this food is healthy and what evidence do they supply to back the claim? Is there disagreement or controversy? You must reference at least five high quality sources sources in your wiki post, and one recipe. Include full bibliographic citations (including links as applicable) to your sources at the end of the post.
