Your cover letter should formally address the audience, present an overview of the proposal, point out some highlights/features of the proposal, and end with some type of "call to action." For some samples, read How to Write a Cover Letter for an Unsolicited Sales Proposal. Be sure to follow the guidelines in Technical Communication (Chapter 14 and elsewhere) and follow the conventions of business writing. Your cover letter should be approximately 250 words long.  
Respond to at least two of your classmates’ posts by Day 7. In your responses, highlight at least one specific thing that they did well and explain why. Constructive critique is also encouraged. Each response is required to meet or exceed 125 words.
