1- Lenore Wilkenson in shopping for a new dress at Oak Valley Department Store. When she decides to try a few on to see how they look, Lenore is confronted by Derek Sanders, who is safe-guarding the changing area. Lenore complains to the store manager that she refuses to use the changing area with a male in its entrance. This is the seventh complaint in Derek’s first month of work. Oak Valley discharges him. Derek believes this is conduct to be unfair. How would you advise him?

2- Roger Hummel is very attracted to his co-worker Regina Nelson. Finally, he gets the courage to ask her to accompany him on a ski weekend. Regina is shocked by his request, adamantly refuses, and files a sexual harassment complaint. Roger is up for a promotion and loses it. Furthermore, he is reprimanded. What course of action should he follow?
