Employee Benefits Position Paper

You will be required to write a position paper on an employee benefit issue facing organizations. Each student will be required to identify an article in a current issue of the Wall Street Journal which relates to a topic we discussed in class.  This is an opportunity to bridge theory and practice. In a brief essay (no more than 3 pages), the student will discuss how the course material can be applied to the real organizational issue identified in the selected article. Your paper will be graded on content, grammar, spelling and the clear, logical, complete and articulate presentations of your position.  You MUST include appropriate citations referencing the research you used to support your arguments. Do NOT summarize the article.  You need to apply the appropriate course material to the issue facing organizations discussed in the article you selected
